The room was attractive and outstanding with great breakfast, had a good night's sleep. The hotel was set in a central area near to the restaurant as well as Key West. Furthermore, close to a canal.

The hotel staff was non cooperative.

Room was not quiet, elevator and people could be heard day and night, could hear most sound ,ie voices, shower, toilet, from other rooms not conducive for a relaxed stay. Poor location for a room.

I got outstanding and attractive room, it was included with super comfy bed, great breakfast.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access the public beach. It is conveniently situated next to a restaurant and waterfront. The room was recently refurbished and includes amenities like a refrigerator, two large beds, and a pull-out sofa. The pool bar adds to the overall experience.

This is a newer hotel and it is very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, especially during the very busy continental breakfast served every morning. There is a great new restaurant on the property, although it is not associated with the hotel. This is a great place to stay for a family vacation.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and polite, and we enjoyed our rooms with a fantastic view.

This place is conveniently located 📍 right in the middle of everything. The service here is top-notch, with everything being kept in great shape. However, I did encounter a few rude employees which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were attractive and newly remodeled, maintained well by the polite staff, and had a late check-out at 11 am, providing good value for the stay.

New hotel. Good location (halfway from Miami to Key West). Nearby sand beach. Lovely restaurant (good value for money) just across the road, in front of sea. Very good breakfast (variety and quality). Big and confortable room. Vending machines in all floors.

Great and stunning spot really close to a cute restaurant in the back, Key West and the other islands, and bar with outdoor seating. Again, not far from a spur-and-groove coral reef. Plenty of very very good breakfast options...

The family room was convenient with amenities like a refrigerator, sitting area, and writing desk.

Spacious room with a comfy king bed, so plenty of space to stretch out. The restaurant serves up a variety of tasty meals 🍔. Close to the beach, offering beautiful views of the bay right from your room and while dining.

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely return again. This was our second visit and did notice that the hotel had been completely redone and was very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgable of the area and were able to answer our questions.

The only fault we found with the hotel was the lack of laundry service or facilities on site. I think that service would be nice for familys who are staying for more than just a day or two or those, like us, traveling on motorcycles carrying only a limited amount of clothes.
